摘要

Abstract

Through the production practice of electrolytic copper production in recent years,the factors affecting the DC power consumption in the electrolytic refining process copper are analyzed,and the measures taken to reduce the power consumption and the results obtained are introduced.By adjusting the copper acid concentration,reducing the impurity concentration the electrolyte,and regulating the ratio of additives,the specific DC power consumption for electrolysis was reduced from 322kWh/t.Cu to282kWh/t.Cu.
