入院行超声引导下连续髂筋膜阻滞对老年股骨骨折患者术后早期恢复质量的影响
Effect of Continuous Iliac Fascia Block Under Ultrasound Guidance on Early Recovery Quality in Elderly Patients with Femoral Fracture

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of ultrasound-guided continuous iliac fascia block on the early postopera-tive recovery quality of elderly patients with femoral fracture.Methods:Eighty elderly patients with femoral neck fracture admitted to Chongzhou Second Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were randomly divided into study group and control group with 40 cases in each group.The study group used ultrasound-guided anterior lum-bar plexus block combined with pulse electronic pump in the early ward,while the control group received single ul-trasound-guided anterior lumbar plexus block half an hour before operation.The vital signs、pain、sleep quality and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The average arterial pressure in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group at 24 h before operation、2 h and 6 h after operation,and the heart rate was significantly lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.The VAS scores of the study group at 24 h、10 min、2 h and 6 h before operation were significantly lower than those of the control group,P<0.05.The PSQI of the study group at 24 h before operation、12 h after operation and 24 h after operation was significantly lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Ultrasound-guided iliac fascia space block before operation can improve the analgesic effect,stabilize vital signs,improve sleep quality and ensure anesthesia safety in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture.关键词
