弥散张量成像纤维束追踪技术在2型神经纤维瘤病听神经瘤手术中的应用分析
Application of Diffusion Tensor Imaging Fiber Bundle Tracking Technology in Acoustic Neuroma Surgery of Type 2 Neurofibromatosis

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of diffusion tensor imaging(DTT)in acoustic neuroma sur-gery of neurofibromatosis type 2(NF2).Methods:From June 2019 to February 2024,70 patients with NF2-related acoustic neuroma were selected,and the control group and the experimental group were randomly controlled in a single center,with 35 cases in each group.The control group performed the operation according to the experience of the operator and the electrophysiological monitoring data.In the experimental group,the facial nerve was tracked by DTT before operation,and the nerve electrophysiological monitoring was performed during operation,and the shape of the facial nerve was confirmed by naked eyes.The facial nerve localization time and postoperative facial nerve function grading were compared between the two groups,and the protective effect of DTT on facial nerve function of patients undergoing NF2 acoustic neuroma surgery was evaluated.Results:The time of locating facial nerve and the latency of facial nerve in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the incidence of postoperative complications such as infection,bleeding and reoperation was also lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Under the guidance of DTT technology,the operation for patients with NF2 a-coustic neuroma has obvious effects in facial nerve protection and standardized operation procedures,and can obvi-ously reduce the incidence of facial nerve function injury.关键词
