摘要

Abstract

In order to realize the harmless treatment and resource utilization of the carbon slag from aluminum electrolysis,the carbon and regenerated cryolite in the carbon slag were separated successfully by flotation technology,and were recycled as production raw materials.Through adjusting the inlet and outlet water supply of ball mill,hydro cyclone pressure,flotation time,flotation reagent types and the amount of use and other factors,the whiteness of electrolyte,fluorine content in carbon powder and other indicators were compared,optimization of technical parameters,overflow concentration should be controlled at 26%~30%,overflow fineness 200 mesh at 75%~85%.The pressure of hydro cyclone is between 0.12 MPA and 0.16 MPa,and the whiteness of electrolyte is more than 50%.The fluoride in the waste water can fluorine fixation by adding precipitator to form insoluble substance with fluorine.
