Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of pain nursing based on evidence-based theory on postoperative rehabilitation and pain of patients with renal calculi.Methods:From August 2023 to August 2024,60 patients with kidney calculi who were treated by elective surgery in urology ward of Dongguan Nancheng Hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was given routine pain care,while the observa-tion group was given pain care based on evidence-based theory.The effect of postoperative rehabilitation and the degree of pain at different time after operation were compared between the two groups.Results:The postoperative rehabilitation inde-xes of the observation group were better than those of the control group,P<0.05.At 12 h、24 h and 72 h after operation,the VAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Pain nursing based on evidence-based theory can shorten the recovery time of kidney calculi patients undergoing surgery and reduce the degree of postoperative pain.关键词
