摘要

Abstract

Intelligent process technology is the most important way for carbon enterprises to enhance their core competitiveness,and the application of different intelligent process technologies is a manifestation of the"new quality productive forces"of carbon enterprises.This paper mainly elaborates on the working principles,system composition,and application scenarios of intelligent process technologies such as intelligent warehouse management system,precise raw material batching,temperature-pressure automatic control system for VSK,and soot blowing automatic system for VSK,and this paper also analyzes the positive effects that these intelligent process technologies can provide for carbon production enterprises.The final results indicate that the successful application of these intelligent process technologies can have a positive effect on energy conservation,consumption reduction,quality improvement and efficiency enhancement for enterprises,and is the future development direction of carbon enterprises.
