Abstract
Objective:To analyze the application value of external vibration expectoration instrument combined with cluster nursing in the nursing of severe pneumonia.Methods:102 patients with severe pneumonia admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from April 2022 to April 2024 were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 51 cases in each group.Both groups were intervened by external vibration expectoration instrument,the study group was combined with cluster nursing,and the control group was combined with routine nursing intervention.Lung function index and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the FVC、VC、MVV and FEV1 of patients in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the scores of SF-36 were significantly higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:External vi-bration expectoration instrument combined with cluster nursing can effectively improve lung function indexes of pa-tients with severe pneumonia and improve their quality of life.关键词
