Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of failure mode and effect analysis(FMEA)in preventing catheter slip-page.Methods:From April 2022 to April 2023,66 patients hospitalized in the Department of Hepatobiliary and Gas-trointestinal Surgery of Taizhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected as the control group,and rou-tine preventive nursing was carried out.66 patients admitted to this hospital from May 2023 to May 2024 were se-lected as the research group to implement FMEA preventive nursing.The incidence of RPN and catheter slippage was compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of RPN and catheter slippage in the study group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:FMEA can significantly reduce the risk of catheter slip-page in inpatients in hepatobiliary and gastrointestinal surgery,and reduce the occurrence of catheter slippage.关键词
