摘要

Abstract

Electrolysis,as a commonly used technique for heavy metal purification,achieves separation and purification by reducing metal ions on the electrode surface through the action of an electric field.By adopting appropriate electrolysis parameters such as current density,electrolyte concentration,temperature,etc.,purification efficiency and metal recovery rate can be significantly improved.Optimizing electrolysis conditions can not only shorten processing time,but also reduce energy consumption and improve economic benefits.Through optimization experiments on different electrolyte formulations and electrolysis processes,the optimal operating conditions were found to make the heavy metal purification process more efficient and environmentally friendly.This method has strong practicality and provides important technical support for the treatment of heavy metal wastewater and resource recovery in industrial production.
