Abstract

In view of the collapse and water inrush accidents that occur when the water conveyance tunnel crosses the fault fracture zone,combined with the on-site geological conditions and the characteristics of collapse and water inrush,a research method combining geological survey,theoretical analysis and numerical simulation is adopted to analyze the mechanism of tunnel collapse and water inrush and the causes of deformation and failure,and corresponding engineering countermeasures are proposed.The results show that after the implementation of treatment measures,the settlement of the tunnel crown and the convergence of the two sides reach 79.3 mm and 60.7 mm respectively.The deformation of the surrounding rock is basically stable,and there is no occurrence of water inrush or water leakage,which can ensure the safety of tunnel construction.The research results can provide a reference for the construction of tunnels under similar conditions.
