Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of intensive management of complications in postoperative nursing care of pituitary adenoma patients.Methods:The subjects were selected from the postoperative patients with pituitary adeno-ma who were admitted to the Department of Neurosurgery of Xuzhou Central Hospital.The selected time was from June 2021 to June 2023,and 100 patients were included.Patients were divided into groups by blind selection,and the control group and the observation group were divided into 50 cases.The nursing scheme used in the control group was routine nursing intervention,while the nursing scheme used in the observation group was routine nursing intervention+intensive management of complications.The intervention results of the two groups were compared.Results:The in-cidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.After the inter-vention,the six dimensions of WHOQOL-100 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of intensive management of complications in postoperative care of pituitary adenoma patients can effectively reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients.关键词
