摘要

Abstract

Molybdenum-rhenium alloy has good mechanical properties,thermophysical properties and irradiation resistance,and is an important candidate structural material for advanced fast neutron reactors.After high-temperature neutron irradiation,a large number of precipitated phases appear inside the molybdenum-rhenium alloy,leading to weakening of grain boundaries and severe hardening and embrittlement of the material.The irradiated precipitated phase mainly includes σ-phase,χ-phase,Re-rich phase and Mo3Os,and the formation mechanism includes irradiation-enhanced diffusion,irradiation-induced precipitation and transmutation.The irradiation precipitation of molybdenum-rhenium alloy can be effectively suppressed by reducing the amount of Re added and improving the heat treatment process.Investigated the foreign research progress on irradiation precipitation phase in molybdenum-rhenium alloys,summed up the molybdenum rhenium alloy irradiation precipitation phase formation mechanism and inhibition methods.
