Abstract
Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of one-lung ventilation with bronchial occluder in thoracic surgery and its influence on arterial blood gas of patients.Methods:From June 2020 to June 2023,200 patients with thoracic surgery were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 100 patients in each group.The control group used double-lumen bronchial catheter for one-lung ventilation,while the observation group used bronchial occlu-der for one-lung ventilation.One-lung ventilation time,airway pressure(PAW),operation and arterial blood gas before and after one-lung ventilation were compared between the two groups.Results:One lung ventilation time in the observa-tion group was shorter than that in the control group,P<0.05.PAW of observation group before one-lung ventilation was compared with that of control group,P>0.05.PAW of observation group was lower than that of control group after one-lung ventilation,P<0.05.The operation in the observation group was better than that in the control group,P<0.05.The arterial blood gas index in the observation group was better than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of bronchial occluder in one-lung ventilation in thoracic surgery has obvious effect,and has little influence on arterial blood gas of patients,and can shorten the time of one-lung ventilation,improve the effect of one-lung ventila-tion,reduce the positioning time and reduce the injury.关键词
