摘要

Abstract

This study explores the application of manipulators in slag removal of electric lead ingots.The disadvantages of traditional manual slag removal are analyzed,and the necessity and market development trend of manipulator application are expounded.The working principle and components of the manipulator are introduced,including motor drive transmission,controller,grasping mechanism and conveying mechanism.Through domestic enterprise application examples and special slag removal device cases,the advantages of manipulators in improving production efficiency and reducing labor intensity are demonstrated.Finally,the research conclusions are summarized,and the future research directions of manipulators in the field of electric lead ingot slag removal,such as intelligence,multi-sensor fusion,collaborative operation,energy conservation and environmental protection,and reliability improvement,are prospected.
