Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of narrative nursing combined with cardiac rehabilitation nursing in patients with myocardial infarction after interventional therapy.Methods:112 patients with myocardial infarction trea-ted by interventional therapy in our hospital from July 2022 to June 2024 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 56 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given narrative nursing combined with cardiac rehabilitation nursing.Cardiopulmonary function、mental state and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:When discharged from hospital,the LVESD of the two groups was shorter than that of the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of complications in the observa-tion group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.After nursing,the scores of negative emotions in the ob-servation group were lower than those in the control group(SAS and SDS scores),P<0.05.Conclusion:Narrative nursing combined with cardiac rehabilitation nursing has obvious effect in nursing patients with myocardial infarction after interventional therapy,which can improve their cardiopulmonary function,improve their psychological state and reduce complications.关键词
