摘要

Abstract

The experiment aimed to study the extraction process and antibacterial effect from Poria cocos mushroom skin.Using Poria cocos mushroom skin as raw material,polysaccharides were extracted by dilute alkali extraction method.Determine the optimal level range of each factor through single factor experiments,and screen the three most significant factors affecting the extraction rate of polysaccharides from Poria cocos mushroom skin through PBD experiments.Using BBD optimization experiments,the optimal process for extracting polysaccharides from Poria cocos mushroom skin was determined,and the inhibitory effects of Poria cocos mushroom skin polysaccharides on Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,and Bacillus subtilis were investigated.The results showed that the optimal extraction process was as follows:Extraction time 1.5 h,lye concentration 0.8 mol/L,extraction temperature 80℃,the extraction rate of polysaccharide was 3.41%.In addition,the polysaccharides of Poria cocos had a certain inhibitory effect on the growth of the three kinds of bacteria.The results show that this experiment optimized the extraction process of polysaccharide from Poria cocos and has good antibacterial activity.
