Application of 6S Management Combined with QR Code Recognition Technology in the Management of Operating Room Instruments And Equipment

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of 6S management combined with two-dimensional code i-dentification technology in operating room equipment management.Methods:From June to December 2022 25 in-struments and equipment in the operating room of Shanghai Putuo District Central Hospital were recorded and managed by manual and semi-ledger.From January to June 2024 25 instruments and equipment in the operating room were recorded and managed by 6S management combined with two-dimensional code identification technolo-gy.Before and after the intervention,the registration accuracy、homing rate、theoretical assessment of operating room nurses、operation assessment results and the satisfaction of surgeons with the instruments and equipment were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with before intervention,after intervention,the registration accuracy and homing rate of operating room instruments and equipment,the theoretical assessment of operating room nurses,the scores of operation assessment and the satisfaction score of surgeons on instruments and equip-ment were all higher,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of 6S management com-bined with two-dimensional code identification technology to record and manage the instruments and equipment in operating room can effectively improve the registration accuracy and homing rate of instruments and equipment,im-prove the theoretical level and operational ability of nursing staff in operating room,and enhance the satisfaction of surgeons.关键词
