数字化照护方案结合社区护理在失智老人家庭照护者中的应用效果
Application Effect of Digital Care Scheme Combined with Community Care in Family Caregivers of Demented Elderly People
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of digital care scheme combined with community care in fami-ly caregivers of demented elderly people.Methods:From November 2023 to October 2024,100 caregivers of the de-mented elderly who met the inclusion criteria in the community were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group adopted conventional care mode,while the observation group adopted digital care scheme combined with community care.The intervention results of the two groups were compared.Results:After the intervention,the scores of cognitive function、GSES、SF-36 and KPS of caregivers in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of personal burden、responsibility burden and psychological burden were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Adopting digital care scheme combined with community care for family caregivers of demented elderly people can improve their cog-nitive level,self-efficacy,physical condition and quality of life,and reduce their care burden.关键词
