Abstract
Objective:To explore the advantages and characteristics of medical association-medical association joint model in regional residents'stroke health protection in district-level third-class general hospitals.Methods:A total of 100 stroke patients in a county-level third-class general hospital from November 2023 to October 2024 were selected and divided in-to group A and group B according to different nursing modes,with 50 cases in each group.Group A adopted the convention-al nursing mode,while Group B adopted the combined mode of medical association and medical association.The mental state(SAS and SDS scores),compliance of rehabilitation exercise,neurological function(NIHSS score),activity of living(ADL score)and quality of life(SS-QOL score)were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the scores of SAS and SDS in group B were lower than those in group A,P<0.05.The compliance of rehabilitation exercise in group B was higher than that in group A,P<0.05.After nursing,the NIHSS score in group B was lower than that in group A,and the ADL score and SS-QOL score were higher than that in group A,P<0.05.Conclusion:The medical as-sociation-medical association joint model can play a significant role in regional residents'stroke health protection,which can reduce patients'negative emotions,improve the compliance of rehabilitation exercise,and improve patients'neurological function,activity ability and quality of life.关键词
