阿魏酸酯酶与植物乳杆菌联合接种对杂交构树发酵品质的影响
Effect of co-inoculation of feruloyl esterase and Lactiplantibacillus plantarum on fermentation quality of hybrid Broussonetia papyrifera

Abstract
This study aimed to explore the effects of the combined inoculation of feruloyl esterase(FAE)and Lactiplantibacillus plantarum on the silage fermentation quality of hybrid Broussonetia papyrifera.The silage was prepared using a vacuum bag method,and four treatment groups were set up,CK group(no microbial or enzymatic preparations),T1 group(0.3%FAE),T2 group(0.2%Lactiplantibacillus plantarum),and T3 group(0.3%FAE+0.2%Lactiplantibacillus plantarum).After 60 days of fermentation,the nutritional components,fermentation quality,and microbial counts of each treatment group were measured,and an in vitro rumen gas production test was conducted.The results showed that the contents of crude protein(CP)and soluble sugar(WSC)in T3 group were the highest,and the contents of neutral detergent fiber(NDF)and acid detergent fiber(ADF)were the lowest.The pH value,ammonia nitrogen/total nitrogen(NH3-N/TN)content,aerobic bacteria(AB)count,and mold count of the T3 group silage were significantly lower than those of the CK group(P<0.05),while the concentrations of lactic acid(LA)and acetic acid(AA)were significantly increased(P<0.05).The organic matter digestibility(OMD),metabolizable energy(ME),theoretical maximum gas production,and gas production rate of the T3 group silage were significantly higher than those of the other treatment groups(P<0.05).By using a membership function to comprehensively evaluate silage quality and fermentation quality,the order was T3 group>T2 group>T1 group>CK group.The study indicates that the combined inoculation of FAE and Lactiplantibacillus plantarum has the better effect on improving the fermentation quality of hybrid Broussonetia papyrifera,maximizing the preservation of the nutritional substances of the forage.关键词
