非那雄胺片联合丹参酮胶囊治疗雄激素性秃发伴慢性部分睡眠剥夺的临床观察
Clinical Observation of Finasteride Tablets Combined with Tanshinone Capsules in the Treatment of Androgenic Alopecia with Chronic Partial Sleep Deprivation

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of finasteride tablets combined with tanshinone capsules in the treatment of androgenic alopecia's disease(AGA)with chronic partial sleep deprivation(CPSD).Methods:From May 2023 to April 2024,98 male patients with AGA were collected and divided into three groups,A、B and C.In Group A,32 patients with simple AGA were treated with finasteride tablets.In group B,33 patients with AGA complicated with CPSD were treated with finasteride tablets.Group C,33 patients with AGA and CPSD,were trea-ted with finasteride tablets and tanshinone capsules.The course of treatment of the three groups was 6 months,and the differences of curative effects between group A and group B,and between group B and group C were compared.Results:After treatment,the total score of group A was lower than that of group B,and that of group C was lower than that of group B,P<0.05.The total effective rate of group A was 81.25%,which was higher than that of group B 54.55%,P<0.05.The total effective rate in group C was 84.85%,which was higher than that in group B 54.55%,P<0.05.Conclusion:The combination of CPSD can reduce the clinical efficacy of finasteride tablets in the treatment of AGA patients,while the addition of tanshinone capsules can improve the clinical efficacy of finasteride tablets in the treatment of AGA patients with CPSD.关键词
