Effect of Early Target Activity on Acquired Frailty in Patients on ICU
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of early target activities on acquired weakness in ICU patients with me-chanical ventilation.Methods:Sixty patients with mechanical ventilation admitted to the ICU of Binhai People's Hos-pital from August 2023 to September 2024 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group was given early target activities on the basis of the control group.Barthel index and Lovett score were compared between the two groups before and after intervention,and the mechanical ventilation time and the incidence of VAP were counted.Results:After the intervention,the scores of Barthel index and Lovett in the observation group were(75.85±8.22)and(4.05±0.54),which were significantly higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.The mechanical ventilation time in the observation group was(4.56±1.12)d,which was shorter than that in the control group.The incidence of VAP was 3.33%,which was lower than that in the control group 23.33%,P<0.05.Conclusion:Early target ac-tivities can effectively improve the muscle strength and mobility of patients with mechanical ventilation acquired weakness in ICU,shorten the mechanical ventilation time of patients and reduce the risk of VAP.关键词
