双重血浆分子吸附系统联合血液滤过在肝衰竭患者中的应用研究
Application of Dual Plasma Molecular Adsorption System Combined with Hemofiltration in Patients with Liver Failure
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of dual plasma molecular adsorption system combined with hemofil-tration in patients with liver failure.Methods:Sixty patients with liver failure admitted to the Department of Gastroenterolo-gy,Hechi Hospital,the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from September 2020 to June 2021 were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was given plasma exchange combined with hemofiltration,and the experimental group was given double plasma molecular adsorption system combined with he-mofiltration.The clinical efficacy、serum inflammatory indexes、liver function indexes、T lymphocyte subsets and adverse re-actions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:In terms of clinical efficacy,the experimental group had a higher overall effective rate compared to the control group,P<0.05;After 7 days of treatment,compared with the reference group,the experimental group had lower levels of ALT,TBil,DBil,CRP,and PCT,and higher levels of PTA,CD4+,and CD8+,P<0.05.The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the con-trol group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Double plasma molecular adsorption system combined with hemofiltration can obviously improve the liver function of patients with liver failure,reduce the inflammatory reaction of patients and improve their re-sistance,and it is safe.关键词
