Abstract
Objective:Toexplore the effect of integrated medical care in the nursing of patients with chronic suppurative otitis media and its influence on the quality of life.Methods:200 patients with chronic suppurative otitis media admitted to Yan'an Hospital in Kunming from May 2022 to May 2024 were randomly divided into group A and group B with 100 cases in each group.Group A was given routine nursing care,while Group B was given integrated nursing care.The intervention results of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of nursing in group B was higher than that in group A,P<0.05.After nursing,the hearing threshold of pure tone air conduction and the level of air-bone conduction difference in the two groups increased compared with those before nursing,and the level in group B was higher than that in group A,P<0.05.After nursing,the scores of WHOQL-100 in both groups were higher than those before nursing,and those in group B were higher than those in group A,P<0.05.Conclusion:The imple-mentation of integrated nursing care for patients with chronic suppurative otitis media can improve the nursing effect,improve their hearing level and quality of life.关键词
