摘要

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the comprehensive therapeutic effect of acupoint massage combined with functional exercise in patients with knee osteoarthritis after acupotomology.Methods:A total of 80 patients with knee osteoar-thritis who underwent acupotomology and were admitted to the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital and Research Institute from November 2021 to November 2022 were selected and randomly divided into a routine group and a comprehensive group,with 40 patients in each group.The routine group received conven-tional basic nursing,while the comprehensive group received acupoint massage combined with functional exercise.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the severity score and VAS score of patients in the comprehensive group were lower than those in the general group,and the WHOQOL-BREF score was higher than that in the general group,P<0.05.Compared with the general treatment group,the comprehensive treatment group has better data,P<0.05.Conclusion:Acupoint massage combined with functional exercise exhibits significant nursing effects in patients with knee osteoarthritis after acupotomology,effectively alleviating pain,improving disease conditions,and enhancing quality of life.
