Application Effect of Continuous Nursing in Patients with Severe Pulmonary Tuberculosis Complicated with Respiratory Failure under Mechanical Ventilation And Its Influence on Complications

Abstract
Objective:To observe and analyze the application effect of continuous nursing in patients with severe pul-monary tuberculosis complicated with respiratory failure and its influence on complications.Methods:From April 2021 to April 2022,120 patients with severe pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with respiratory failure in Jiuquan Hospital,Shanghai First People's Hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group by coin toss method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given continuous nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After the inter-vention,the scores of two negative emotions(SAS and SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the scores of four dimensions of self-care ability and compliance rate were higher than those in the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.After the inter-vention,the scores of four dimensions of quality of life and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The implementation of continuous nursing care in patients with severe pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with respiratory failure with mechanical ventilation can obviously reduce their negative emotions,improve their self-care ability and compliance,prevent complications and improve their quality of life.关键词
