摘要

Abstract

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Yixin FumaiIV in the first-stage rehabilitation of patients with chronic heartfailure(CHF).Methods:From November2021 to August2023,72patients with CHFin 11 de-partments of Dongguan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicinewere selected and randomlydivided into observa-tion group and controlgroup,with 36 patientsin each group.Bothgroupsweregiven basicintervention.On thisba-sis,the controlgroup wasgiven routinerehabilitation training,and theobservation group wasgiven fourtypes of in-tervention based on the controlgroup,both of which wereintervened foroneweek.The TCM syndrome score,car-diacfunction and exercise endurance ofthe two groups were compared.Results:After 1 week of intervention,the TCM syndrome scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the cardiac function NYHA classification was better than that of the control group,the NT-proBNP level was lower than that of the control group,and the six-minute walking distance and left ventricular ejection fraction were signifi-cantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Yixin FumaiFour Formula can signifi-cantlyimprove the first-stage rehabilitation effect of CHF patients,improve their cardiac function,re-lieve clinical symptoms and enhance their exercise endurance.
