丁酸梭菌的功能及其在水产养殖业中的应用
Functional of Clostridium butyricum and its application in aquaculture
摘要
Abstract
The irregular use of antibiotics and chemical drugs in aquaculture leads to the emergence of drug residues and drug-resistant strains,which makes the research of antibiotic replacement products become a hot spot.Clostridium butyricum has advantages such as spore-producing characteristics,reducing residues and environmental pollution,and reducing the use of antibiotics,etc.It is widely used in livestock and poultry breeding,but its research in the field of aquatic products is still in its infancy.Clostridium butyricum can promote the health of aquatic animals by inhibiting pathogenic bacteria,improving digestion and absorption,enhancing intestinal immunity,regulating flora balance and antioxidant function.In this paper,the physicochemical properties,physiological functions and application status of Clostridium butyricum in aquaculture were reviewed,the existing problems were analyzed,and the future development prospects were prospected,in order to provide reference for the non-antibiotic in aquaculture.关键词
