摘要

Abstract

The main materials which contain rod grinding sand,river sand and wind-blown sand of the high-density self-flow backfilling technology need consume a large amount of natural mineral aggregates in Jinchuan Mine.With the increasing tightening of the national ecological environment policy,the mines will be faced the problem of insufficient source of filling aggregate.At the same time,the discharge of total tailings increased year by year.Based on the actual situation of Jinchuan No.2 Mine,through a large number of industrial tests and research,a set of mature industrial production line of paste backfill with total tailings and waste is built by making full use of total tailings and waste rock.This paper described the main contents which contain the research method of paste backfill with total tailing and waste rock(CTB-WR),backfilling materials and process ratio,and technical practice of tailings deep cone thickener,cement adding system,waste rock adding system,paste mixing system and pipeline resistance loss measurement.Look forward to share the experience of comprehensive utilization of solid waste.The research results can provide strong technical support for similar mines to improve the utilization rate of solid waste resources and reduce the risk of underground backfilling pipeline accidents.
