摘要

Abstract

Objective:To explore the application effect of case teaching method combined with scenario simulation method in nursing teaching in operating room.Methods:Fifty-six nursing interns received in the operating room of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from February 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into the reference group and the experimental group,with 28 in each group.The reference group adopts traditional teaching method,while the experimental group adopts case teaching method combined with scenario simulation method.The teaching effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The theoretical scores、operational scores、basic service ability and clinical thinking ability of the experimental group were higher than those of the reference group,and the teaching satisfaction rate was 96.43%,which was significantly higher than that of the reference group 71.43%,P<0.05.Conclusion:Applying case teaching method combined with scenario simula-tion method to nursing interns in operating room is beneficial to expand their theoretical cognition and improve their operational ability,and the teaching satisfaction is high.
