Abstract
In this paper,a multi-stage mineral processing process based on raw ore crushing and screening is studied,which includes key steps such as high pressure roller crushing,gravity separation and magnetic separation to achieve efficient utilization of iron ore and titanium ore resources.First,the raw ore with TFe grade of 11.35%and TiO2 3.81%is crushed to-3mm particle size by a high-pressure roller mill,followed by dry magnetic separation of iron and titanium minerals.The coarse iron concentrate is mixed with the coarse titanium concentrate after ball milling to a fineness of-200 mesh 60.15%,and then the iron concentrate is obtained after a rough selection and a fine selection.Titanium concentrate was obtained from iron tailings through vertical ring and chute heavy separation and dry magnetic separation by high intensity magnetic titanium separator.The process has higher metal recovery rate and lower tailings discharge,which is of great significance for improving the utilization rate of mineral resources and reducing environmental pollution.关键词
