Abstract
The Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)is widely used in decision analysis.To demonstrate that this method can provide support for mineral processing decision-making in beneficiation plants,this article focuses on analyzing the application of AHP in tungsten ore beneficiation decision-making.Taking the beneficiation process decision of a certain tungsten mine as an example,a hierarchical structure model was constructed using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),which was divided into three levels:target layer,criterion layer,and scheme layer.From multiple perspectives such as product recovery rate and product grade,a comparative analysis was conducted on the three process methods of full gravity separation,full flotation,and gravity separation flotation.The results indicate that the re-election flotation process has significant advantages.Practice has proven that the application of Analytic Hierarchy Process in tungsten ore beneficiation process decision-making is feasible.关键词
