摘要
Abstract
To optimize the service experience of young travelers in suburban experiential lodgings using service design principles.Guided by service design principles,the study employed observation,questionnaires,and interviews to analyze lodging environments,user needs,and pain points,proposing service and experience design strategies for experiential lodgings.A three-dimensional service enhancement model was constructed across environmental,cultural,and social dimensions,encompassing three design strategies:boundaryless home experience,multicultural immersion,and enhanced community interaction.The study advances service design theory and provides insights for innovating tourism services for young travelers.关键词
