摘要

Abstract

A depressed open-pit copper mine adopts the medium-deep hole bench blasting technology of"site-mixed emulsion explosive+electronic detonator initiation".Although it could meet the production requirements in the early stage,with the progress of mining,the blasting effect in the high-hardness ore rock area in the southwest of the mine pit becomes poor,and the conventional optimization measures have no effect.Therefore,the mine jointly with scientific research institutions carried out research from the aspects of rock mass failure criteria and numerical simulation of blasting damage and failure mechanism.The concept of failure proximity was introduced,and its calculation formula was derived based on the Drucker-Prager criterion to judge the failure of rock mass.Based on the complex blasting physical model,finite element software was used to realize numerical simulations such as different initiation points in the hole,the influence of charging structure and structural plane on stress wave propagation,and the display of blasting damage range,constructing a simulation method to provide theoretical support for the optimization of mine blasting technology.
