RESEARCH ON THE DESIGN OF AN APP FOR DEMENTIA CARE BASED ON THE CONCEPT OF SERVICE DESIGN
摘要
Abstract
This article aims to explore and design a care App for elderly people with dementia using the concept of service design,in order to improve their quality of life and promote active aging.Data was collected through online and offline research,and service design tools were used for needs analysis and solution design,ultimately leading to the prototype design of the App.The designed care App for elderly people with dementia integrates functions such as health management,social interaction,and emergency assistance,providing convenient and effective support for them and their families.This design study provides a new perspective and method for the field of dementia care,with practical application value and social significance.关键词
