基于社会支持的失能老人家庭照护服务设计研究
RESEARCH ON THE DESIGN OF FAMILY CARE SERVICE FOR DISABLED ELDERLY BASED ON SOCIAL SUPPORT THEORY
摘要
Abstract
With the increasing number of disabled elderly people,we explore new forms of practice of social support theory,build service design strategies and care support systems.Based on desktop research and questionnaire surveys,we analyze the family care system and summarize the pain points and role change stages faced by the caregivers.We summarize the types of support through cases,and sort out the corresponding types of social support at different stages.We construct a family care service design model from the perspective of social support and derive design strategies for the family care service system.These strategies provide ideas and references for the design of relevant family care service systems.关键词
