Abstract
Objective:To explore the application value of thyroid function index in the diagnosis of hyperthyroidism.Methods:From January to December 2023,279 patients with suspected hyperthyroidism in Cangshan Hospital of the 900th Hospital of Joint Logistics Support Force were selected.All patients received three examinations of thyroid function.The patients were divided into positive group(n=211)and negative group(n=68)according to the clini-cal comprehensive diagnosis results,and the levels of FT3、FT4 and TSH were compared between the two groups.Combined with the receiver's working curve(ROC),the diagnostic efficacy of single detection and combined detec-tion for hyperthyroidism was analyzed.Results:The levels of FT3 and FT4 in the positive group were higher than those in the negative group,and the TSH level was lower than that in the negative group,P<0.05.Among 279 pa-tients,211 cases were diagnosed as hyperthyroidism by clinical comprehensive diagnosis.The patients diagnosed by FT3、FT4、TSH and combined detection were 180、181、185 and 210 respectively.The specificit、sensitivity and AUC of FT3、FT4 and TSH combined detection were higher than those of single detection(P<0.001).Conclusion:Com-bined detection of FT3、FT4 and TSH has high diagnostic efficiency in the diagnosis of hyperthyroidism,which is helpful to judge the occurrence and development of the disease.关键词
