自我认同视角下随迁老人城市社区融入服务设计研究
A STUDY ON SERVICE DESIGN OF INTEGRATING INTO URBAN COMMUNITIES FOR ACCOMPANYING ELDERLY FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF SELF-IDENTIFICATION

Abstract
In the context of urbanization and population mobility,urban communities,as the basic spatial elements,play an important role in promoting the integration of elderly people with migration into the city.Various factors at the individual,family,and community levels,such as population structure,neighborhood relationships,conceptual differences,and lifestyle,pose challenges to the integration process.Introducing service design thinking,starting from the perspective of self-identity among the elderly,this paper explores service design strategies for the integration of urban communities with elderly residents through the concept design project of urban community shared private plots which named Tian Tian Quan,including content innovation from"Universal"to"Causal",role innovation from"Group"to"Individual",operational innovation from"Governance"to"Autonomy",and model innovation from"Fixed"to"Specific".Organizing activities and providing services based on interests,hobbies,sharing,and mutual assistance,effectively linking migrant elderly with community elderly,is an important means to solve the problem of urban integration of migrant elderly and improve the quality of home-based elderly care in urban communities.关键词
