公共体育场馆服务空间开放式改造的理论逻辑与纾困路径
Theoretical Logic and Relief Paths for Open Renovation of Service Space of Public Sports Venues
摘要
Abstract
Promoting the open transformation of the service space of public sports venues is related to the solution of the problem of"where to take fitness"and the realization of the goal of building a higher level of national fitness public service system.By means of literature review and logic analysis,this paper discusses the theoretical logic,realistic difficulties and relief paths for open renovation of service space of public sports venues.It is concluded that the open renovation of service space of public sports venues should be a cyclic transition process along the space chain of"physics-function-behavior-value".In the process for open renovation of service space of public sports venues,there exist some realistic difficulties including inconsistent planning standards,weak market supervision,lack of public discourse power and value imbalance.Based on the above,some relief paths are proposed:to construct a gradient public sports venue construction planning system to accurately match the diversified sports demands of the public;to strengthen the market operation supervision of public sports venues to improve the adaptability of public sports venues service functions;to smooth the feedback channels of the public's diverse needs to enhance the depth and breadth of public participation in the renovation of public sports venues;and to balance the economic and social value orientation of the venue to clarify social capital participation in the operation and renovation of venues.关键词
