摘要
Abstract
Objective:To compare the therapeutic effects of methylprednisolone injection after ear and dexametha-sone intravenous infusion combined with Ginkgo biloba extract on sudden deafness. Methods:From January 2020 to June 2024,56 patients with sudden deafness in the Department of Otolaryngology,Funing County People's Hospital were selected and divided into control group 27 cases and observation group 29 cases according to the differences in treatment methods. The control group was treated with intravenous dexamethasone combined with Ginkgo biloba extract, while the observation group was treated with methylprednisolone combined with Ginkgo biloba extract. The clinical effect、hearing threshold at different frequencies and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.55%,which was higher than that of the control group 77.78%,P<0.05.After treatment, the hearing thresholds of the observation group at frequencies of 250 Hz、500 Hz and 1000 Hz were(38.24±3.67)dB、(35.18±3.16)dB and(31.25±2.79)dB,respectively,which were lower than those of the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was 6.90%,which was lower than that in control group 29.63%,P<0.05.Conclusion:Compared with intravenous infu-sion of dexamethasone combined with Ginkgo biloba extract, retroauricular injection of methylprednisolone com-bined with Ginkgo biloba extract is more effective in the treatment of sudden deafness, and the hearing improvement of patients is more obvious, and the incidence of adverse reactions is lower.关键词
