Internal Mechanism,Practical Obstacles and Path Selection of Building Hub-Type Sports Social Organizations from the Perspective of Social Symbiosis

Abstract
Based on the theory of social symbiosis,this study analyzes the internal mechanism,practical obstacles and path selection of the construction of hub-type sports social organizations.From the perspective of theory,practice and missions,the internal mechanism of the construction of hub-type sports social organizations is manifested as the interconnection mechanism of"organization and re-organization",the political and social interactive shaping mechanism,and the complementary mechanism of administrative and social resources.However,under the perspective of social symbiosis,the construction is still faced with practical obstacles such as power generalization risk,purpose substitution risk,rent-seeking risk,risk of imbalance of responsibilities,rights and interests,and low social recognition risk.Based on this,promotion paths are proposed to clarify the boundaries of rights and responsibilities to construct a system of checks and balances on power;to anchor the public welfare purpose to establish a dual attribute collaborative development model;to embed block chain technology to improve the full process penetrating regulatory mechanism;to optimize the collaborative governance framework to establish a mechanism of equal rights,responsibilities and benefits;and to implement gradient support policies to cultivate social identity among diverse subjects.关键词
