Contemporary Characteristics and Experience Enlightenments of the Revitalization and Development of Japanese"Three Major Ball Games"

Abstract
To explore the reasons for the rapid revitalization and development of"three major ball games"in Japan in recent years and provide experience enlightenments for the revitalization of"three major ball games"in China,this study adopts participatory observation,field research and interview methods to conduct a comprehensive investigation into the sports field in Japan.It finds that the revitalization and development of"three major ball games"in Japan exhibits five characteristics:sustainable supports from national policy,with active efforts of sports associations to implement and advance;deep social involvement,in line with the sustainable development order of the project;widespread mass participation in competitive events,with emphasis on the support provided by events for the development of the project;refined team management models,with fine-grained management of key technologies;and emphasis on the construction of laws and regulations,with the formation of special systematic guarantees for revitalization and development.Based on these,it concludes the enlightenments for the revitalization and development of"three major ball games"in our country:closely surrounding the objectives and tasks of the building of sports power to accelerate the launch of"three major ball games"revitalization work plans;actively promoting the deep involvement of social forces to continuously develop the training of"three major ball games"reserve talents;building a full-chain,all-age sports event system to continuously expand the number of participating teams in"three major ball games"projects;deeply refining the organizational structure of sports teams to realize the new quality technologies empowering the development of"three major ball games";and innovating the special revitalization and development sytstems for the project to formulate China-specific strategies for the revitalization of"three major ball games".关键词
