Development Effectiveness,Realistic Dilemmas and Relief Strategies of Youth Volleyball Competition with Chinese Characteristics

Abstract
The"14th Five-Year Plan for Sports Development"clearly states that China's sports development should adhere to the socialist sports system with Chinese characteristics and steadfastly follow the path of sports development with Chinese characteristics.By the methods of expert interviews and field research,this paper systematically sorts out the structure of China's youth volleyball competition system and analyzes its development effectiveness under the strategy of building a sports power and the strengthening of youth sports work.It finds that China's youth volleyball competition system has formed a composite model integrating the sports system and the education system,cultivating and selecting talents through a variety of competitive platforms,which effectively promotes the popularization and development of volleyball.However,the system still facesthe realistic dilemmas such as insufficient integration of sports and education,limited competition opportunities,single function of events and single source of funding.In response to these issues,it proposes a series of relief strategies,including deepening the integration of sports and education to build a collaborative system and cultivate well-rounded talents;expanding competition opportunities to improve the competition system and enhance competitive strength;exerting diversify competition functions to explore multiple values and expand social impact;and optimizing the funding structure to broaden funding channels and ensure sustainable development.关键词
