Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction and Zuogui Decoction in combination with ac-upuncture and moxibustion and physiotherapy in patients with low back pain.Methods:94 patients with lower back pain ad-mitted to the Traditional Chinese Medicine Department of HongYuanTang Hospital in Guangchang from August 2022 to September 2024 were selected and divided into 47 groups based on differences in treatment methods.The control group was treated with Zuogui Yin combined with acupuncture and moxibustion physiotherapy,and the observation group was treated with Duhuo Jisheng Decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion physiotherapy.Compare the TCM symptom scores、pain、lower back function,and clinical efficacy between two groups of patients after treatment.Results:After treat-ment,the four traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores、VAS score、ODI score and clinical efficacy of the observation group were all better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Duhuo Jisheng Decoction combined with acu-puncture and moxibustion and physiotherapy has a significant effect on patients with low back pain,which can significantly reduce the symptoms of patients,relieve pain,and improve low back function.关键词
