摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of intermittent exercise training in patients with chronic ob-structive pulmonary disease(COPD)with low self-management ability at mild to moderate stable stage. Methods:A total of 86 patients with mild to moderate COPD and low self-management capability, admitted to Jiashan Yaozhuang Hospital between May 2022 and May 2023,were randomly allocated into two groups using a random number table method. The observation group(43 cases)used intermittent exercise training, while the control group(43 cases)used continuous exercise training.Compared with the pulmonary function, symptom improvement,exer-cise endurance and self-management ability. Results:After 12 weeks of intervention, the pulmonary function index levels, the scores across various dimensions of the self-management ability scale, the modified dyspnea scores, and the 6-minute walking distances in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Intermittent exercise training can improve the lung function and exercise endurance of patients with mild to moderate stable COPD with low self-management ability, relieve their symptoms and improve their self-management ability.关键词
