英国服务设计硕士人才培养模式研究——以五所院校为例
STUDY ON THE CULTIVATING MODE OF POSTGRADUATE PROGRAM OF SERVICE DESIGN IN THE UK

Abstract
The UK is one of the most active countries in Service Design practice and education.This article takes five representative academies and universities in the UK as examples to explore their cultivating modes and experiences of Postgraduate Program of Service Design,in order to provide references for the cultivation of Service Design professionals in China.By means of case study and comparative study,this article selects five academies and universities dedicated to talent cultivation of Service Design.Through in-depth analysis and comparative study of their Programme Specifications,and introduction in the official website,this article summarizes the characteristics of their cultivation modes of postgraduates.From the educational objective and curriculum of postgraduate program of Service Design in the UK,it can be seen that their prominent career orientation is evident.From the perspective of teaching methods,it presents the student-centered and practice-oriented cultivating modes,driven by the demand for service design to empower industrial innovation.Based on their own positioning and resources,the five academies and universities have formed distinctive talent cultivation modes to satisfy the diverse needs of the economy and society.In conclusion,British academies and universities have implemented the career-oriented cultivation mode of Service Design talents,emphasizing the core knowledge and abilities in Service Design,and meanwhile,they have different areas of focus and characteristics.Thus they have formed differentiated talent cultivating modes.The experiences that can be drawn from them include actively developing emerging majors,flexible and diverse organizational models,comprehensive mechanisms of selecting students,systematic training programs,practice and problem-solving oriented teaching methods,and deep school-enterprise cooperation.关键词
