摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of preventive pulmonary artery occlusion on the treatment of pa-tients undergoing small single-hole thoracoscopic surgery. Methods:From January 2022 to May 2024,80 patients who underwent small single-hole thoracoscopic surgery in Jiuquan Hospital,Shanghai First People's Hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was treated with conventional small single-hole thoracoscopic surgery, while the observation group was treated with pre-ventive pulmonary artery occlusion. The treatment effect, conversion rate to open surgery, conversion rate to two-hole surgery, postoperative complications and pain were compared between groups. Results:The completion time of pulmonary artery repair, intraoperative blood loss、postoperative drainage time、postoperative bed rest time and post-operative hospitalization in the observation group were less than those in the control group, and the postoperative drainage volume was larger than that in the control group. The rate of conversion to open surgery, conversion to two-hole surgery, postoperative complications, and NRS scores at 3 days、1 week and 1 month after operation were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Preventive pulmonary artery occlusion is helpful to im-prove the therapeutic effect of patients undergoing small single-hole thoracoscopic surgery, reduce surgical trauma and postoperative complications, alleviate the pain in life, reduce the rate of conversion to open surgery and two-hole surgery, and accelerate the postoperative recovery of patients.关键词
