Abstract
At present,we are facing the problem of insufficient productivity development due to the aging of the population,and are in the throes of the complex and volatile international situation,domestic economic restructuring and industrial upgrading,and the implementation of the digital transformation strategy is a key initiative and an important support for constructing a new pattern of development and promoting high-quality development.The construction of an efficient and coordinated digital government is a pioneering project for building a digital China,and the construction of an inclusive and convenient digital society is an important vision for meeting the people's aspirations for a better life.Therefore,seizing the wave of digitization and exerting the power of digitization are not optional but mandatory questions.关键词
