具身认知视角下青少年负性情绪调节产品设计研究
A STUDY ON PRODUCT DESIGN FOR ADOLESCENT NEGATIVE EMOTION REGULATION FROM THE EMBODIED COGNITION PERSPECTIVE

Abstract
From the perspective of embodied cognition,we analyze the embodied needs of adolescents when they use emotion monitoring products,aiming to explore the design strategies of emotion monitoring products for adolescents.Using the embodied cognition framework and the user experience map to explore the embodied needs of adolescents,we propose a strategy to provide comfortable and easy-to-use emotion monitoring products for adolescents from the three dimensions of cognitive understanding,behavioural performance,and dynamic scenarios with the help of the embodied needs mapping model.Finally,this paper uses the theory of embodied cognition to guide product design,proposes cognitive adaptive design strategies,behavioural guiding design strategies,and context-responsive design strategies,and expands and applies the design strategies in design practice to optimize the experience of mood monitoring products for adolescents in terms of material appearance,functionality expansion,and interactive experience.关键词
