Formation Logic,Core Essence and Promotion Pathway of the Spirit of Petroleum Scientists
摘要
Abstract
The spirit of petroleum scientists embodies the shared qualities and spiritual traits exhibited by petroleum science and technolo-gy professionals,where was formed through the historical development of China's petroleum industry and has evolved in the great practice of serving the nation through petroleum science and technology.This spirit not only represents the value coupling of both the spirit of sci-entists and the petroleum spirit,but also extends and expands their connotations,thereby exemplifying a new spiritual paradigm under the framework of the"Two Integrations",namely,the integration of the basic tenets of Marxism with China's specific realities and that of these tenets with the best of China's traditional culture.More specifically,the spirit of petroleum scientists,which serves as a spiritual impetus for China's petroleum industry development,is the practical necessity for the new journey of building China into a strong energy and technology country.What constitute its core essence are patriotism and loyalty to the Chinese Communist Party as its political founda-tion,universal love and commitment as its moral cornerstone,innovative mindset and collaborative problem-solving as its professional es-sence,truth-seeking and perseverance as its work ethics,open-mindedness and green low-carbon development as its contemporary signifi-cance.To carry forward the spirit of petroleum scientists'spirit in the new era,a three-in-one implementation pathways should be con-structed by means of reinforcing the top-level design for collaboration within and beyond the industry,renewing discourse presentations to shape a multidimensional and contemporary image of petroleum scientists,and innovating communication paradigms via multichannel mass-decentralized precision communication for efficient conversion of spiritual resources into innovative momentum.关键词
